Increasingly our customers are discovering the advantages of procuring bars which are machined to pre-components. By doing so, they can simplify or even completely eliminate certain operations and concentrate their resources on more qualified operations.
Cutting, centre hole drilling, facing, chamfering, tumbling and rough turning are examples of the pre-machining services we can offer. A range of pre-machining services also emerge as our production equipment and capacity gradually expands and are adapted to our customers' requirements.
We also offer the option of fixed delivery plans, in which case, our deliveries can be arranged to arrive "direct-in-line" to finish machining and thereby eliminate costly intermediary handling operations.
